When I tried to convey my memories to people, I understood that the physical act of drawing might express them better than words.
I believe that drawing is an intuitive and physical act that comes before words for people. Just as a toddler draws to express themselves. The body stores experiences and can convey them innately and with immediacy. Expression to me means giving direct form to experiences without words.
